Program Management

Managing a packaging program requires both knowledge and skill. Bradford Company offers the full roster of services required to develop a packaging design, validate it and meet manufacturing milestones - on time and on budget. Turnkey Program Management is a cornerstone of the Bradford Company.

• Design, develop, test, and validate all packaging requirements. Assist at OEM’s/suppliers as necessary
• Source on competitive basis through application of Customer’s economy of scope and approved supply base
• Publish week’s schedule and activity status. Activity available on-line through CS-Link (Customer Service Link)
• Serialize, inspect, clean, repair, refurbish as necessary (fit-form-function), and deliver to plant as needed
• Recommend recycle or reuse program as model change over or part change over occurs
